Booking Terms & Conditions

By making a booking you are accepting the conditions below:

Please check availability on the Booking Calendar (see Airbnb link) which is constantly updated. It is, however, advisable to email me( info@hideawayloft.co.uk ) to check that your chosen dates are still available.

When emailing, please state:

The dates you require

Your name, address & phone number

All linen and towels, bathrobes and slippers are provided, and electricity & central heating are included in the price.

Deposit & Cancellations: As defined on Airbnb booking agreement.

Arrival & Departures: Holidays commence at 3:00pm – 9:00pm on the date of arrival, and the cottage must be vacated by 11:00 am on the date of departure.

Number of Persons: The number of people staying in the cottage must not exceed TWO.

Cleaning: Guests are responsible for the property and must agree to take all reasonable care of it. The property should be left in the same state of cleanliness and condition as it was found.

Damage and breakages: Accidents do happen, and you are asked to inform me of any damage or breakages as soon as possible to enable me to repair or replace them before the next guests arrive. There will be no charge for minor breakages, but I reserve the right to make a charge for more substantial damage or breakages. I may make an added charge if you did not report this.

Access: The owner shall be allowed access at any reasonable time.

Pets: No dogs or other pets are allowed in the cottage.

Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal or cheque. Please contact me for bank details.

10% discount for repeat bookings when booked direct.
